Projects. Trades.
Opportunities.
SixState Works is being developed as a structured opportunity network for contractors, trades, developers and construction service providers across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
From fragmented public signals to actionable opportunity context.
Permits + planned work
Track signals that indicate upcoming construction activity before the work becomes obvious.
Bids + subcontract packages
Organize relevant bid opportunities and trade packages around fit and timing.
Contractor ecosystem
Build better context around contractors, developers, property operators and trade relationships.
A network is only valuable if the signal is current.
The first job is a repeatable sourcing and scoring pipeline. The second is useful distribution. The long-term opportunity is a New England construction data and relationship network that helps participants find the right work and the right partners faster.
Building the underlying data pipeline
SixState Works is not being marketed as a finished six-state marketplace yet. GLG is validating source coverage, freshness, scoring and workflow usefulness in Maine first, then expanding region by region.
Contractor, developer or construction-data partner in New England?
Early input can help shape the six-state network around projects, trades and opportunity information people will actually use.
